How is this calculated?
We combine ratings from every review platform a restaurant has (Google, Tripadvisor, and/or OpenTable), weighted by how many reviews each one has — so a handful of 5-star reviews can't outrank a restaurant trusted by thousands of diners. Restaurants with few reviews are pulled toward the citywide average until they build up a track record of their own.
We only calculate a score once a restaurant has ratings on file from both Google and Tripadvisor — that's why some listings show "Not yet rated" rather than a score from a single source.
This score is calculated purely from those outside ratings. A restaurant's Premium or Featured placement on Dubrovnik Gastro never affects it.
