Marijo Curić
Executive Chef at Restaurant 360
- Chef of the Year — Gault&Millau Croatia (2023)
Born and raised in Dubrovnik, Marijo Curić followed his father into the kitchen, earning his culinary diploma in 2006 and starting work at 17. He joined what is now Restaurant 360 — then known as Gil's — as sous-chef under French chef Gilles Camilleri. After the restaurant was rebranded in 2012, Curić became executive chef in 2015, having trained in the meantime at Enrico Bartolini's Devero in Milan, Alain Ducasse's Le Meurice in Paris, and several fine-dining kitchens in London. His cooking pairs Dalmatian tradition and Croatian ingredients with French technique. In 2018, Curić and his team earned the restaurant its Michelin star, which it has held every year since.
